Pass Box is clean room equipment designed for transferring the material from non-sterile area to sterile area inside the clean room. Pass boxes provide a controlled environment to the clean room from airborne cross-contamination for a better environment. People use Air showers to pass through into the clean room where as material uses pass boxes to get into the clean room. Pass box is clean room equipment designed in two categories one is a static pass box and the other is a dynamic pass box.

We at M K Precision have a varied range of pass boxes designed to meet the user application and meeting the standard norms. The type of pass box can be decided on the basis of product requirement, sensitivity of clean room area and transfer frequency of material from one clean room to other.

The prime feature of a pass box is the interlocking door mechanism – when the door on one side is open the door on the other side remains closed. IT preserves the desired ISO classification and maintains the integrity of products and processes. One way to achieve this is by minimizing material movement. Also, the UV light lamp in the pass box helps remove the contamination that may enter during the transfer of material.
